I began to read a new book. It’s called The Singularity Is Near: When Humans Transcend Biology. I’m only 50 pages in and I’ve decided that this is probably one of the most fascinating books I’ve ever read. All of my fascination with science, biology, technology, the future, the past, evolution… EVERYTHING has come down to this book. It emcompasses everything I’ve been interested in, and I’m overjoyed to see that Ray Kurzweil has composed a masterful book on these subjects. I cannot recommend this book enough, and I hope all of you read it.
Further, I have just found out that there is a movie being filmed about the book’s subject matter. I will have to go see this as soon as possible.
